- We delivered end-to-end mobile and backend-for-frontend engineering.
The problem
Virgin Red needed a new mobile experience that could present rewards and account activity as one coherent product while integrating cleanly with the services behind it.
The approach
We developed the React Native application end to end in TypeScript, creating reusable themed components and modular Redux functionality. We used test-driven development with Jest and Enzyme, protected complete journeys with Detox, and built the supporting Node.js and TypeScript backend-for-frontend.
The outcome
We delivered a production mobile foundation with reusable UI, predictable state management and automated coverage from unit tests through to end-to-end journeys, supported by an API layer shaped specifically for the app.
