We are Selcouth.DIGITAL, a design and engineering team in London led by Simon. Our people have been building digital products since 2005 — first in agencies, then in-house at scale, and together under this name since 2014.

The work has mostly been things that could not fail quietly: rail ticketing that has to open at a barrier with one bar of signal, fuel cards reconciling spend across 26 markets, a mortgage journey carrying regulatory copy that cannot change. That history is why we write the eval before the prompt and the runbook before the launch.

How the studio works

The people you meet are the people who do the work. We take design and engineering together because the expensive mistakes happen in the gap between them. Teams are small and senior, sized to the project rather than to a headcount target, and we stay accountable for the whole thing.

We reply to everything within one working day. If it is not something we should take on, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

AMiSi.ai is our own product: AI assistance for small service businesses, drafting and chasing the enquiries they do not have time for. Building it is how we keep our opinions about AI features honest — everything we recommend to a client, we have already had to operate ourselves.
