The problem
Shell needed a dependable global mobile product for fleet operations, with secure access to sensitive card services and a release process capable of supporting both iOS and Android teams.
The approach
We built modular React Native and Redux functionality against REST services and Swagger mocks, adding Face ID and Touch ID alongside Apple Pay and Android Pay integrations. We planned releases, managed versioning and release candidates, supported QA and coordinated delivery across product and engineering.
The outcome
We established a production delivery path across TestFlight, the App Store and Android distribution, with CircleCI, App Center and Fastlane supporting repeatable releases and quality checks.
