The problem
Financial providers need to offer useful, personalised client guidance without sending people to a separate AI product or giving up control of their brand, data and consent model.
The approach
Built on AMiSi Mobile Starter, then delivered secure onboarding and authentication, biometrics, account lifecycle flows and the modular Tell Francis chat runtime, including SSE streaming, persisted summaries, route-safe actions and analytics.
The outcome
The mobile product gained more reliable conversational flows, guarded account access and a production release foundation for an embedded financial companion already tested by more than 500 beta users.
